Both http://newgraham.com/store/ and http://www.bladematrix.tv/ have large selections of Bokers at decent prices. 
I haven't bought from New Graham personally, but they always seem to get high marks for customer service from those who have. I've bought dozens of knives over the last few years from Bladematrix with no complaints. :thumbup:
