Best production "damascus"

Which manufacturer, excluding the super high end production knives like Strider/CRK, does the best "damascus" (in "s to avoid the inevitable semantic criticism) visually and steel-performance wise.
 
Hm, well, Mcusta does VG10 damascus, and from what I've heard it's some of the best. I've not personally used it, though.
 
Mcusta uses a "layered" damascus-like blade with a VG10 core. It works very well and it is beautiful.
Classic damascus is usually not stainless, therefore one of the best producers must be the swedish company Damasteel whose process results in stainless damascus. Several brands, such as Fontenille-Pataud for example, use damasteel.
