Best production Emerson?

I am looking for my first Emerson. I don't have any specific uses in mind, just to enjoy and carry. I like the looks of the SOCFK (tanto). What do you think?

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepards the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brothers keeper and the finder of lost children, and I will stike down upon the with great vengance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers, and you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengance upon the.

My favorite is the clip point SOCFK. I think others may say the Commander is the best.

Wow, what a question.

I am a huge fan of the first generation Commander. They are every bit as solid feeling as my ES1-M, just slightly smaller.

I really dig the details on the new Mach1, SOCFK and SARK models.

But if I were just starting out, I would have to look at the Commander, the waved CQC7B and SOCFK.

Personally, I like a bigger knife and would opt for the Commander.

If I was prone to look at smaller knives, I would have to figure which of the bodies I liked between the waved CQC7B or the SOFCK.

Hope that helps

DD brings up "Best Custom". I have to back him up. If I could only have one, it would be the Classic CQC6. It screams "Emerson".

Thanks for all the responses guys. I am going to order an SOCFK tomorrow.

Shane,

Now that you have decided on a SOFCK - which one are you going for?

Regards,

Ed

I am going to get the Tanto, partially serrated with a black blade. I use my Sebenza for everyday tasks and will probably just carry this one.
