Best SAR knife

That's River8 in the yellow shirt. He organizes the Hog, Dog and Rat Mischief. That was filmed in WASHINGTON ST where the Mischief is based out of. I've met him but I don't know him well. From what I know, he's been an active member of his local SAR Team for quite some time. Unfortunately, I can't tell you about that knife. You should see his old non-mag handle Ratweiler though, the spine is getting peened over from batoning.

Not an improvement over the factory spec for my usage...

But it's great he knows what works for him...:)

There IS a difference between "dull" and "working edge"...

and he seems to have found that.

However, IMHO he's missing out on one of INFI's best qualities...

Which is, the ability to EASILY maintain a sharper edge than what he appears to be running with.

But I'm sure how he'd feel about my humble opinion. :rolleyes:
