Best Sharpener For $30

I have a poor, lazy friend who wants to get a sharpener for his CRKT Kasper folder. I told him to get the Spydero Triangle Sharpmaker like the one I have, but he says it's too expensive. Hey, the guy doesn't even have money for internet access so what can I say?

Anyway, what would you recommend? He says he doesn't want to spend more than $30. And, no, the poor lazy friend is NOT me!!!

This is from a current po' boy (out of work and looking for 6 months now.) Get the Gerber Diamond Rod for under 10-. It's worked beautiful for me for expedient edges.

If he can't afford a new one, tell your poor, lazy friend to look around in pawn shops and 2nd hand stores for a "used" Spyderco Sharpmaker, as they are very simple to use and do an excellent job of keeping blades nice and sharp...
