Best sheath for big machetes [20" and longer]

I'm thinking about getting a 24" latin machete from Machete Specialists, but I'm not sure what sheath to get. For my 18" machete, I have the Ontario military scabbard. The only 24" sheaths I see at MS are canvas. Condor makes nice leather sheaths for smaller machetes, but not the "machete grande".

Ideas?

True, but I'd rather not spend 50-75 bucks on a sheath for a $15 machete.

If you don't want a custom sheath get one from Lo Ink. I've gotten a few machetes from them and they were great to deal with. Now if you do go custom sheath, it will probably out last a machete many times over.

True as well. As machetes wear out I could keep the sheath and replace a blade of similar size. Food for thought.
