Recommendation? Best SiC available in UK

All, looking for some suggestions. Trying to get a coarse SiC stone to hog off metal for both tools and kitchen knives but I’m really struggling to find a decent stone.

Amazon and the bay are bare, local diy shops tend not to sell SiC and certainly not as coarse as I wish it to be. Online retailers local to the UK have some but the reviews suggest they are far too soft.

If I could I’d be looking at the manticore or maybe the gritomatic 120, although the latter comes in around £40 when you include shipping. If anyone has any suggestions/recommendations I’d appreciate it. Thanks

Thanks Wizard, ordered. I’d actually previously watched that review but hadn’t put two and two together. Have you had to flatten it yet? Assuming you use loose SiC? If so what grit?

Edit: just rewatched the vid and he states 30/60 grit loose SiC. Thanks again

I have not flattened or conditioned it yet. I found it both flat enough and aggressive enough right out of the package. I have 50 grit SiC when it's needed.
