I'm very impressed with the quality of the Kershaw Brawler 1990 and have yet to find its equal for the price. Fit and finish is great, locks up like a vault and the spring assisted flipper design is very well executed. I picked up three of them last year and they came in blister packs with a 9 led flashlight and a cool tactical pen for $20 each, which is retail for the pen alone. So far the one I kept is holding up very well to everyday use. The only con is the 8Cr13MoV blade seems more difficult to sharpen to a razor edge than other knives I own.

stock pic...not mine

Almost all of Kershaw's budget line is it's equal in price. Clash, OSO Sweet, Tremor, Compound...they have a whole range of knives with the same quality in that range. Weird about the con though, from my experience, 8Cr13MoV dulls fairly quick but is ridiculously easy to sharpen, moreso than most steels.
