I have owned many Spyderco's )CF Police,CF Delica, FRN delica, JW smith, etc), although I have never been as impressed as I am with the Spyderco Mouse. Is there a reason Spyderco no longer makes such a wonderful knife?

Thanks

Best Spyderco knife? The Navigator of course! Now if we can just convince Sal to do a sprint run in carbon fiber and S30v. :D

Westflorida - Spyderco produced the "Mouse" under contract to Tim Wegner. (Blade-Tech)

Tim is now producing his knives somewhere other than with Spyderco (no, I don't know any details) and now producing the Mouse in a revised format with G-10 and Carbon Fiber scales.

If I was an original "mouse" fan, I would pick up a couple now while they are drifting around at closeout prices.

For me, that would be a lefty stainless fully-serrated Police model.

The best one ever hasn't come out yet and won't be out for a while. The best one ever will be an improvement that contains the current best features plus some innovations that either haven't been thought of yet or are being kept in a safe place by Sal and Co.

For me, the best Spydie is the FRN Delica. It greatly surpassed all my expectations. :D I wouldn't do much improvements on it.

There's no doubt in my mind it's the Jess Horn C27 in jigged bone. I had to get the Kiwi to go with it, which I think is on par with the C27.

Thanks again Sal

By far it's the FRN Endura...When I think of Spyderco I immediately think of the Endura as the quintessential Spyderco knife...

IMO, it would definitely have to be the Military. I've yet to find such a hefty blade in a knife that is also so lightweight in the overall package. ;)

again, the Delica (FRN).

got all the original Spydie innovations and the cost makes it a 'knife of the people'.

i still prefer the Endura, but for the world at large it is still considered a 'big' knife.

GUNTING!! Inovative, can do more things with it than any other Spydie, cut, impact tool,I keep finding "new"ways to use it!

Speaking of the quitessential Spyderco, IMO is the POLICE-- any Police. I'm still amazed at how such a big, useful knife carries so well. Couldn't be built any better either.

For me it's the Cricket and Navigator. But I think the most loved Spyderco is either the Delica or Police.

I'd have to say the Endura with stainless handles. I've had one since they first came out and I'll probably have it for years to come.

If I had to pick just one it would be the Endura. It is all that you expect from Spyderco
