best thirty dollar knife part 2

Ok guys some of u have posted on my latest thread best thirty dollar knife and i have narrowed it down too two knives spyderco persistence/tenacious
and and on the other side we have the kershaw skyline time for u guys to list all the upsides all the down sides of both knives or any other sugestions on knives

but doesnt the steel in the skyline alot better than japanse steel

I only own a Tenacious out of the 3 suggested and I really like it a lot. Its a great knife for the money.

Ups: G10 handles are nice, right price
Downs: Little big for a folder, steel isn't the greatest, made in China

well thats where the persistence come in its the smaller version of the tancacious with more detent in the handle from what i understand
