Best time or season...

From personal insight to anecdotal experience can anyone suggest when might be the best time of the year to order or return items to Buck for custom build, repair or spa treatment? Is there even such a season? I imagine around Christmas and New Year's is not optimal, but are there truly better times throughout the year when demand might be minimal?

Typically this time of year is the busiest for our Warranty area. We can get up to 150 packages a day. Everyone sends their knives in when winter hits for SPA treatments or repairs. With 50 + years of knives to service it can be hectic. We are working on ways to improve this for you all as we do understand the frustration of lag time from the tracking showing received and the 1st communication from us. After April we are at a 2-3 week turnaround, and then we start getting hit In Sept and Oct with winter peaks.
