Best torx screwdrivers? (specifically for esee zancudo)

Hey guys.
I have an esee zancudo I wan to take the clip off of.
I don't own any torx screwdrivers (which is what it looks like I need).

Is there a recommended set out there for knives?

Anything Wiha is great stuff. Never had a problem with mine

Lowes, Sears, and HD have a 6-8 pc set set for around $6 or so. I have the HD one and it works fine. I admittedly don't tinker a lot with my knives, just an occasional cleaning + lube or to fix centering issues.

If you want some nicer stuff, look at Wiha or Wera.

The screwheads are softer than torx bits IMHO. If screws don't easily loosen, use a heat gun to soften thread lock.

Have used Wiha and Wera over the years..Look for either with the best price as you won't find a nickels difference in performance between them.

Interesting! I considererd Wiha but ended up going w/ Wera instead because of customer support/warranty claims would be easier (Fastenal is a dealer and can replace for me). I have been super pleased w/ them! I have owned lowes and home depot brand torx bits before and always end up stripping them out. I have been using my Wera's for about a year now and still going strong!

I use the Wiha 36392 L-Wrench Set, fantastic stuff! Sells for ~$15.

They are both very good products, but if comes to choice, I personally pick what's on sale or who has the best deal. In your case, whomever you could get replacements for break/fix is a fantastic reasoning!
