Mrn8!!! For sharing with his son and nephew the Greatness of Becker and for teaching them skills that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Good job Mrn8!!! Pm inbound.

In celebration of finding a full time job, I'm giving away my BK-2. It has been a long 3 months of working part time or not at all. My first day at the new job is Monday so I'll let the contest run til 5 o'clock Monday afternoon.

1. You must be a paid member or have at least 50 posts in our subforum.
2. Post a pic of your Becker knife in action or show how it was used to make or break something.
3. You must be at least 18 years old and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws to enter and win.
Shipping is free in CONUS and available any where else if you pay the freight.
That is all.

Oh ya, a pic of the prize!

LOL!!! Works for me! Are you working late or just an insomniac like me?

Kind of both. I got off work around 11, I'm a restaurant manager and I work a lot of nights. Also though I usually stay up pretty late watching movies and playing with my knives, dumb stuff like that. I live with my daughter and girlfriend and sometimes I choose extra me time to extra sleep haha.

Awesome contest, and thanks for the chance!

I think this would fall under breaking something.

Thanks for the chance.

dresnor - That definitely qualifies as an "in action" & a "breaking something" pic.
Is that a salmon?

Bustin' the BK2's cherry. (Sorry, couldn't help myself):

Maybe not the best use, but it's the use it got TODAY!

Chopping up onions and potatoes for today's events.

Cheers!

(It totally patina'd up my polished edge too! Unintentional. )

So far, the most rewarding has been teaching kids some outdoor skills. These show the BK14 as my some was making kindling shavings and my nephew was lighting them with a firesteel and the BK14.

Could I enter? And if I were to win could you ship the knife to my Father?

As long as you are a paid member OR have at least 50 posts in this subforum AND are over 18. I will not ship a knife to anyone under 18 nor to their proxy. Sorry

First post on the "Rules" still applies I assume, or has the latter changed all that?

Don't own any Beckers but have been eyeing a few and this forum as I want to get into the fixed blade game...always have been a folder kind of guy.

Anyways, Congrats on the new job and awesome give away.

No change to rules. I think justafleshwound was asking about an exception to the age requirement.

Blunt Forged - you are ok to enter. You've got 65 posts here so just post up your pics! :D
