Recommendation? Best videos free hand sharpening and stropping?

I want to.review the basics with some coverage of most,common mistakes. Some neurological challenges make.it necessary to do some relearning.
Thanks so much for all suggestions.
 
There are zillions of Youtube videos about using bench stones. I prefer to hold the stone in my hand. There are a couple videos about this that I have come across:
"The Easiest Way To Sharpen Knives with Dan Wowak. Yes you can do it."
"The Best Way To Sharpen A Knife Outdoors" by InnerBark Outdoors

I use the marker method for recurved blades.
 
Well I just did 6 kitchen knives for a friend tonight, 5 of which could not cut paper. I got all 5 shaving sharp in less than 5 minutes each (instead of 15+) by using a $10 120 grit diamond file for 2-3 minutes to do the edge reprofiling. But with a light touch!
 
YouTube has something for everyone ..
I sharpen Scandi or used to , with the stone in the hand .. And I liked a small stone for its controllability .
But after my Coarse Grit Testing on the Garberg .... I might have to rethink Scandi ... ( More Testing comes to mind )


 
I used to have bookmarks for good Youtube videos but lost them in a Microsoft OneDrive failure. But I found a few more titles on freehand sharpening:
