best way to clean these up??

they are pitted and a bit rusty/tarnished one is a Western 640 and the other is a Edge Brand Solingen 481

WD-40 and some scotchbrite for the blade finish, sharpen and treat with a coating of oil or Ren. wax to keep the rust at bay.
