Best way to gift scratch tickets?

Hi all,

So brother's girlfriend's birthday is this weekend and I have absolutely no idea what to get this poor girl :p I've been here for the past couple of weeks mulling it over and today for the better part of the morning/afternoon raking my brains as the deadline is approaching. I decided to default to giving her a TON of scratch tickets. Thinking about $60 worth in total, a bunch of $2 tickets with a few $5 tickets mixed in. Now she does quite enjoy scratch tickets, I'd like to present them in a cute/funny creative way so as to make it special for her. Just wanted to see if anyone had any nifty ideas for me to consider.

A couple more quick questions. Would scotch tape peel off a scratch ticket's face?
Would a small hole created by a thumbtack in a card (not on any of the playing area of the card nor the Void if removed section) void the ticket?
Should I stay with all the same type of card or get a couple of each different type? I have the mentality that getting tickets in a series increases your chances of winning but I think having a variety of tickets would be more fun for her?

Appreciate any input :)

1. Tear em all up. Make a puzzle out of them!

2. Use clear shellac or similar on all tickets. Let's see em try to scratch that off!

3. Go to local thrift store, buy a $ 0.25 cheesy kids book, tape tickets in book. Put in box and wrap it. When they open it and see the title...it will be like WTF?

I'd guess your odds of winning would be better if you bought all of one kind.

When we do it for someone's birthday, we don't do anything cute, but we do get the same number of tickets as their age
