I have a Benchmade 710 M390.

I have the standard lansky kit.

I'm using the 20° angle.

I can get a burr on both side without huge problem but I have a serious issue when I need to remove it.

It is stubborn like hell.

Any recommendation?

When I did my Spyderco Para-2 in M390, I built the burr on my EdgePro, then used a leather belt loaded with 1u Boron Carbide on my Kalamazoo belt to strop it off. If you lack a power-strop (or a buddy with one) then very lightly pulling the edge through a piece of rock-hard felt (CKTG sells it) or a piece of pinewood endgrain will strip the burr off cleanly to let you progress to your next grit. Be VERY gentle, it takes only a little bit.

I found that many deburring methods, mentioned in various forums, sort of hit & miss depend on steel, ht, bevel angle, etc... Burr from PM + highRC steels at low bevel angle (below 30 inclusive) can be tenacious (stating the obvious!). Lately I successfully remove burr by edge-lead stroke into dmt diafold ef & eef with 3-5deg raise over 1side bevel angle, use minimal possible pressure. Anytime, my blade chunky-slice newspaper, I deburr using my dmt diafold (for non Vanadium&Tungsten steels sometime I uses a 12K nature stone).

btw - a few slices thru newspaper/phonebookpaper will (almost everytime for me) expose the edge micro burr/wire.

To remove a stubborn burr, lightly drag the edge across wood, then finish on a loaded or bare strop. That usually does the trick for me.

M390 has never been too much of a burr-issue for me so I'm wondering at what grit are you trying remove your burr? I'm not criticizing what you're doing, just trying to understand what the issue may be.
