I just stripped a screw on a Boker Plus knife(What a surprise LOL) and would like to know if anyone has a way to get them out short of sending it back to Boker ?
Any help would be appreciated.

stripped the head or the screw threads or both?

I use a damaged screw bit remover. Find one at any hardware store and they work perfectly and quickly. If you like knives, you'll end up using it a time or two more.

Use a rubberband over screwhead and use the bit .that is closest in size but if its locktited you need to heat it up first

If you stripped the threads, then there are some good ideas above. If you tore the slots out of the head it can be more difficult. If there is a Rockler woodworking supply store near you, they sell a set of recovery bits that are small enough to work on the dinky little screws that hold knives together, and it wasn't too expensive. Everything my local big box stores had was sized for a minimum #1 screw, and they killed every other local hardware store.

another option I've used in a pinch ... find a small nut and JB Weld the nut to the stripped screw head ...let it set and use a small socket to fit the nut and remove the screw.
