I have a Kydex sheath for one of my Busse's which is to lose. The knife slides out if you hold it upside down. What is the best way to tighten it up a little? It probably only needs a 1/8 inch or so to hold it in place. Use a hair dryer to warm it up? Or will that not get it hot enough? Thanks.

The hair dryer will do....

If you are careful. Otherwise it could also make it worse. Always start slow and keep the heat moving. Pinch the lose spots when warm or maybe put the warm sheath with knife inserted inbetween some jeans/foam and sit on it till it cools.
I had a mashed cat kydex for a skinny ash, wasnt custom fit so it was a little loose. I drilled an extra hole and set a rivet just a little closer to the sheaths mouth and it worked great.

You can use a wet sponge or rag to protect the area you don't want to heat.

Yeah the best way is the hair dryer or a heat gun and pinch the part for better retention. But be very careful like deric said.
