Best Wheeled Tote-bag-small suitcase

Hi
I am looking for a medium sized wheeled case for travel. Any hints at what manufacturer -brands- to look for?

I want something with quality that will last a life time and age with me. Not something that will fall apart in one year. However, I don't want to pay allot of money for a designer name. Something of value is always good.

The wheels seem to be always a problem. First thing to come off.

I have an Osprey Slipstream in the smaller size. I use it as carry on luggage monthly for work and it has held up nicely. I believe Osprey has a good warranty and I bought it at REI so either way I am covered.
 
I fly a lot - 1/2 way round the world every month.
Tried lots of Sampsonite, Tumi, Delsey, Rimowa, etc.
They all fail after a couple years.
I've come to like soft-sided luggage.
For checked bags I avoid bags with external pockets as much as possible.
Briggs & Riley are the best I've had for wheeled bags.
Haven't had a Pelican, but they are really tough & really heavy.
