Best Wishes and Thoughts for Simon Lytton

Hi Everyone

Simon has been taken ill and I visited him in the Stroke Ward at Watford Hospital today.
He is in good spirits and is very sorry that he will not be able to see everyone at Blade this year.
He is getting excellent care and the doctors say that his prognosis is very good.

I ask all at BF to join me in sending him our best wishes and regards for a full and speedy recovery.
