I hope everyone in the KAI family and those family and friends in the area are all safe and well tonight. Best wishes and thoughts are with everyone impacted by todays events.
 
It's enraging this is becoming almost trendy. I could give a crap less if you want to take yourself out, but why the need for all the last minute attention? Cause thats just it....
 
A sad day for those families. So much too say about events like these, its so sad and frustrating, every time I hear about these I feel sad and mad. Like prsfx said, its like its becoming a trend. Hurting un-armed civilians, women and children is a cowardly and pathetic act. My prayers will go out to those families tonight.
 
Very sad...wish they could have caught the guy before he offed himself. Guess he got what he deserved.
 
My thoughts go out to the families affected by this terrible trajedy. This kind of thing is happening way too often nowadays.
 
Thanks everyone for your words! Everyone here at the Kai office is fine, but the Portland area isn't that big, and I think this hit pretty close to home for a lot of people. I'm sure all of us here have been to that mall at some point or know someone who works there or lives nearby. I was still at work when I heard about it yesterday - about an hour after it happened. I was speechless.

Our thoughts and prayers here go out to the families of the victims as well.

Another reason for big brother to try to get more gun control laws passed, guns don't kill people, a gun has never just been sitting on a table and killed someone without someone operating it , It's a sad day indeed, and us responsible gun owners are going to be the ones who pay for it. On another note it is a sad sad day when there is a shooting anywhere there are innocent people involved, Thoughts and prayers go out to all thoughs involved in these 2 shootings. IMO there is a special place in hell for anyone who kills innocent people or children.
 
^ Just heard about that a little bit ago. I cant understand this at all, such a pathetic action. Poor families and poor little children.

I was reading about the Oregon guy today, everyone said he was really nice, a great guy. What can cause people to want to do this.

Like you said Allen, this is going to lead to our freedoms being taken away. I always carry at the mall and most other places, if more people carried, things like this could be stopped real quick. I carry because I can protect my family, myself, and everyone around me.
