Better screws?

Hey guys. I bought a cf sebenza off of knife art about 8 months ago. I love the knife, and as some of you know have been through a few clip screws due to the misalignment of the clips hole relative to the threads on the knife scale. The screws that hold the slabs together are very nice on the clip side, and look very cheap on the cf side. Are there replacements or something I can get? The knife looks so good, then there are the male ends of the screws...

What I've done in the past with ugly screws is wrap them in paper with the head exposed and gently grasp it with the chuck of a drill. Apply some polishing compound to a piece of cardboard, pull the trigger on the drill and polish away! Works great and the results are quick!

Some of my screws look like the Allen head is off center. I also like how the rear screws have small ridges. If nothing else ill give that a shot! Thanks.

The scew heads are off centre and CRK know all about it. There is nothing they can do untill they find a new supplier or make the item them sleves.

I have personally seen a real dive in quality of heard wear over the last couple of years for some reason. I can only presume CRK, and every one else for that matter, is in a similar position. They still have to make knives though and the hardwear they use it still good quality, the screws just have these "issues" that are common place these days.

I wonder how the female ends are gorgeous and the male ends are ugly. Different suppliers? Older hardware?

I've held onto my three perfectly centered male screws from an old S30 Seb. Put them on my CF Seb since the male screws were all really badly off centered, one even had a dent in it. Bought it brand new too, the dent was pretty odd. Problem now is that the older screws are getting close to stripped. Lol, once they strip I'll have to cave and pop in the uglys.

Polishing them as someone else said does make the appearance better. Can't really do much about them being off centered though.

As I understand, the female side is made in house starting with them having the Allen heads.
