How is everybody doing? I'm finally back online again!
I found two unusual uses for the Khukuri: It's good for beating on the starter of an F-150 pick-up and it makes a great black walnut cracker!
How does one go about getting a new sheath? Mine's got a tear on the inside, a piece of the wood was missing about midways down and I've cut through the sheath. It's a standard WWII, 7/16 in. thick, 12 in. long and 2 1/16 in. wide.
Has anybody heard from Cutting Craig?
Best wishes, everyone!

Thanks,
Con

Terry Sisco is the person to see about a new sheath.

Now, you do know you are supposed to take it out of the sheath before using your khukuri to beat up your Ford? :p

Sort of reminds me of the Gorkha and leopard story. Terry Sisco makes the best sheaths around at a very decent price. The only problem you'll have with him is to get him to stop eating and start working.

PS: Send me some black walnuts.
