there is the Spyderco Ayoob. Just got one in a trade and all I can say is WOW! It is easily the nicest folder I have ever owned. The almite coating gives a good grip and the blade is SHARP. The choil fits my hand in a way that the Native's did not. The canted blade is a little strange to look at but the more I hold it the more I'm convinced Mr. Ayoob is a genius. I can see how it didn't click with everybody but it clicks with me.

Thanks, Frank. I had two. Traded one. Just sold the other. Are you trying to make me regret it? :)

Reverse grip in your weakside hand, jabbing. I bet no one wants to box with you. That canted blade really leads your punch ...

Have you seen the Catcherman? Similar angles to the Ayoob, but, after all, it's for anglers :D

Sweet find Frank, I too have an Ayoob and find it to be an ugly yet ergonomic knife. It just feels "right" when it's in your hand in a variety of grips. Of course it has the infamous Spydie sharp VG-10. Have you tried this knife in the kitchen? It is a natural vegie slicer! The wife does tend to get alarmed when I spydie drop in the kitchen though.;)
