This is the BF 2011 Traditional Knife ... the one I was fortunate enough to win recently, entirely through random luck.:)

My thanks to every devotee of the Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades Forum for this knife -- and most especially to those fine folks who volunteered and made the 2011 knife happen (WayNorth, CJ65, and no doubt others!!).

Here are just a few more pictures:

A slipjoint is a wonderful thing.:)

Congrats sir. Just looking at that makes me want to whittle something. Very nice.

That is a beautiful piece. Congratulations.
A big Thank You to everyone that was involved in making this knife come alive,

Nice!!!

I have been eying traditional knives more and more the older I get.

I had an old timer three blade as a kid (26 or more years ago). It got stolen when I was just a lad (4th grade) and I never replaced it with another slip joint. I made the jump to lock backs, then liner locks, then etc, etc, etc (ending up at Busse knives for the most part).

I am thinking I need to get another slippie with carbon steel blades (Elephant toe/sunfish pattern has been catching my eye lately).

Thanks for sharing the photo's.

She's a beauty! Congrats...

That knife not only looks great, it even has a greater pedigree. Thank you Charlie and congrats Jamie.

That GA knife was a special factory order, ordered by a guy who loves traditional knives as much as we do. He's a sort of silent partner in GEC.
1095 steel, and a traditional Cattle pattern, Ken tried to produce reasonable priced, well made traditionals, and he succeeded nicely!
That knife has a lot of spirit behind it, Jamie - I'm glad you like and carry it!

Oh yes. This particular one is a good size for me. The blades are a fine choice.

Sadly, I cannot take it to work. There are "rules" against knives there. But ... everywhere else!!
