Spark,
What are the chances / drawbacks of enabling RSS or XML syndication on Bladeforums - as indicated in the FAQ
The reason for my asking is that I like to have BF.C open when I'm at work. If RSS/XML were enabled then I (or whomever) can build a reader that checks the RSS/XML feed (very low bandwith, no pics). I can then see the top 15 posts - per forum or per site - and therefore don't have to click on the New Posts link as often
This also makes reading BF.C on a PDA more interesting.
If anyone is interested, I could also make the apps (PC / PocketPC) available to BF.C members, free of charge.
From what I have seen, the default update frequency is about an hour, so syndication probably doesn't tax the system resources.
