Dogman started this. He and I traded a few emails and we came up with the idea of passing some books around between oursleves.
Those who might have some duplicates are welcome to add them to the choices.
All we ask is when you are finished, post here in the Custom Forum to give someone else a chance.

We have the following in our library:

Knife Talk - Ed Fowler.

The Knife Collection of Albert Blevins - Bernard Levine.

Price Guide to Romance of Knife Collecting (1977 edition) - Mrs Dewey P. Ferguson
(Ok no customs in here, but I had two of them and every knife nut should know at least a little about CASE)

First reply in this thread gets to read them next.

Keep in mind if the book list gets larger folks may want to ask for postage, for now I'll be glad to cover it.

I can add to this list. I have three Gun Digest Book of Knives (2nd, 4th, and 5th editions). First post after mine gets them.

Hello Guys,

Great Idea!!!! Tell you what, I have duplicates of two books that I would be more then happy to pass on to an interested party!!

The books are: How To Make Knives... By Robert Loveless, and the other is: The Complete Book of Pocket Knife Repair... By Ben Kelley Jr.

These books are more less for the maker/repairman type (I am neither), but I really enjoyed reading and browsing through them.....

All I would ask of anyone wanting to read them is the same thing as Gus..... When you are finished with them --- please post them here for the next interested party!

Is that possable or should I wait for you to finish with it and post that it is free to the next reader.
It probably doesn't need to be said but I'll say it anyway...please treat these books well when they are in your possesion and send them well packaged. This is a lot of treasured information that most of us couldn't get any other way. I have none of the books offered and might add a book or two if the books in circulation are cared for. I'd hate to add a book only to have it thrashed in someones shop.
This is a great idea! I look foward to reading and passing on these books.

I kind of like the idea of the next poster gets it, but am open to whatever the majority here want to do. Either way it whould be good to know who has what so if one of us slips the rest of us can give them some kind-hearted grief over it.
