BF etiquette

Hi Guys

What's your opinion on this matter.

I greed a deal on Wednesday with a member for a Direware Solo and they have now negated on that deal because they have had a higher offer!!! Not sure what the BF etiquette is but for me when a deal is agreed then I tend to stick to that regardless if a higher offer is received. For me, it's a matter of having principles, values or etiquette when it comes to selling on this site and in my opinion the member in question has absolutely shown none of these. Very disappointed tbh!!!​

I agree and commiserate with you in your frustration BUT there are no Principles/Values/ Etiquette Police working for BF. You & we are it. Mark this seller IGNORE for future dealings and move on. Set your self free from the grief. Lots of other really excellent folks to deal and play with otherwise here on BF.

Pretty much have the same principles..Doesn't matter what the following offers are; My word means more than a few extra bucks.
There are no rules that state that the seller can't back out of a deal- It's crappy and mostly, an honorless person that will do this after the fact unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Put them on ignore and move on..that's about all you can do..Do NOT send them harassing PM's..because more often than not, you will get reported and you were reported for doing this. It's not worth the infractions you will get.

What a farce, them reporting me. You have got to laugh. As you said, someone with no honour.

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on what and how it was said.

I dont know what was said, but will add that acting with tact and "killing them with kindness" is almost always the best course of action.
