BF Ugly knife competition

Man, I got this one locked up! Just about anything I've managed to make looks more like a shop class nightmare than a knife!
 
Here's my entry:

I forged this at Larry Harley's hammer-in under the watchful eye of Bill Wiggins. Now, Bill nor Harley have any responibilty...as I was the guy on the hammer.

The pic doesn't do it's ugliness any justice...it's much uglier in person.

Forged this one up at Trackrock. It is pure ugly! I wish I could show how fat the handle is, it adds a lot to it's ugliness.
 
Rob, if that knife were a girl at a two-step bar on Saturday night, she wouldn't still be there at closing! Nowhere near ugly enough! ;)

this is my first knife blade is cable scales are micarta.hope fully it gets better from here....:eek:

I'd say my hillbilly shank belongs in this competition :D

I didn't have any baling wire long enough for the handle so I had to break out the expensive stuff....I think its even stainless:eek: :D
 
Is there a prize for ugliest knife?
This is the first knife I forged. :D
 
I should have my first up there soon enough- it's a good second place. It's HT'd perfectly though, and when it had the dark,rainbow,light hammon, it actually looked pretty good- I removed it though, thinking that I'd get it back by etching. It's only what's on the inside that counts though, right :rolleyes: :foot:
 
This year is going to be tough. There's some big uglies showing up. I gotta go find some of mine now that there is some competition this time... I'm going to have to dig some of them up, I buried most of them last summer...

rfrink, you do not really qualify, that is not a bad knife, your standards must be too high.:p
