BFC Canittler Order -- Please Pony Up for NY State Sales Tax If You Haven't Already

Edited to add: To avoid any confusion...this note is ONLY for folks *who ordered and paid for* their 2007 BFC Canittler from Canal Street. As far as getting in on the group order, that ship has already come and sailed. I imagine there will be another in 2008.

Just wanted to make this request more visible since it's currently buried in the BFC Canittler Order Thread.

Eric has gone above and beyond the call of duty regarding this order, and many of us had rather he not get stuck having to pay anything out of pocket for the sales tax (see below). He hasn't taken anything for all the time and effort he has put in, and he certainly shouldn't have to shell out any money. $8 additional is nothing, considering the hours he's worked on this project.

I think he's already about halfway there on the tax funds, but there are still some folks who haven't paid up.

Thanks for putting this up Guyon, I say your recommendation on it and have been hesitant since I don't want it to seem like I'm out there screaming for the money. I still feel pretty embarassed for not thinking of it initially, so thanks for putting it over the hurdle, I appreciate it.:thumbup::thumbup:

Sent. I haven't checked the forum for several days myself. I've been just kind of wandering in and out every so often these days.

Thanks again for handling it all. Thing happen. Don't worry about it. If anyone wants to really complain, aside from some good natured, friendly ribbing, let them handle one of these forum knife deals. ;)

NO, I don't have a knife! I see they got em overseas & in California, but they aint stopped here yet.
