BFC WSS Patch?

I would very much like to get one on these patches.

I have a patch from the first round (~2008), but would like to get one (at least) of the newer, larger, ones. The one I have is about 3" in diameter.
But I seem to always miss the announcements, or they are sold out when I do...
Anyone know how or where I can get one?
I am looking for the one with the hatchet and knife and B, F, W, S letters.
