Bg42 Vs. S30v Corrosion?

I would like to know which steel material is more corrosion resistant s30v or bg42. Thanks in advance

In our testing with "Q-Fog", BG-42 was a little better at corrosion resistance than S30V.

Thanks Sal, I appreciate it. The reason I asked was because I have an umfaan coming with BG-42 and I am only really familiar with S30v in CRK's. Florida is a really corrosive environment.

I often heard, that the finish of the blade has a great influence on rust. So, if you are going to the finest satin finish or polishing, you may go with th S30V.

I said this just because i found this stell to be a great general use steel.
