I am sharing a long held fantasy of mine.

The BGRCDSF/LERCDSF has lived in my mind since I held my first DSSF. At that moment I thought "how awesome would this blade be with a camp tramp Res C handle".

To me it would be the perfect light weight do almost anything knife.

So I would like to suggest one of the Wednesday deals be a Battle Grade Res C Desert Storm Fighter and Limited Edition Res C Desert Storm Fighter.

I am only 5 beers deep so this is just a heart felt request.

But I just poored about 6 ounces of Glenlevit 12 in a tumbler full of ice so I will be back to change this to a demand in about 15 minutes.

Let's drink!!!!

As much as I dont want res c on a dsf, I do wish to see it in a BG form! I had custom one once and regret selling it! Favourite Busse knife next to the porkshank! :)

I've got I stainless steel ball you freeze and special glass for my scotch. Chill without watering it down

On topic, I love my dssf, it's the best feeling mid size knife I own... Res-c could be cool, I'll have to see it....

Wow. Nothing makes a good night sleep like Glenlivet!

Drinking preferences aside, I am updating my wish to a DSFLE (satin infi and all the sweet micarta and g10 options) and DSF Battle grade with res c.

Who's with me?!?!?

Personally I think the DSF is perfect as is. I don't see any benefit to Res-C on such a light blade. I can see why others love the BG knives but they aren't for me. The only thing I'd be interested in as far as the DSF is concerned is making it a regular offering with scale options. It's an awesome knife that doesn't get mentioned enough.

There's a guy here on the forums who sells whiskey stones from the left over material he has from making high end counter tops.

I really like my DSSF just the way it is. A choilless version could be cool.
