BHB Nightedge: Anyone?

I posted something on the blade discussion forum but nobody replied, so I suppose I should post in the proper forum.

Has anyone here handled the Nightedge by Blackhawk Blades?
How do you think its performance will differ from the MOD Nightwing?

The two knives have the same design, with a few differences:

BHB Nightedge - 1095 high carbon steel, black epoxy coating
MOD Nightwng - S30V stainless, TiCN "DLC" coating

And the Nightedge is half the price of the Nightwing.
 
I don't have one, but if they would just put one out with the fully serrated spine, but no serrations on the main blade, I would buy it in a heart beat.
