BHQ Exclusive Jade M4 Military

And, does anyone know if a KW CF M4 Military to match the CF M4 Para2 is in the works? Love my CF 52100 but pretty sure I would trade it(hypothetically) for an M4 version.
 
I really love the jade scales. They are much more grippy than my other G-10 and the color blends with tan/khaki clothing very well. I am a fan
 
Joe, you've been out to lunch...a long one. BHQ brought out the G10 slabbed PM2 at least a month ago, several wks prior to KW bringing out a similar one, but in CF. The CF, not surprisingly, cost more than the G10. Both are selling well. The G10's have cooled down, due to the sheer volume for sale on the Exchange, and are about 185 now and the CF another 50 or so. IMO.

I'm not talking about the Para2, talking about the matching Jade m4 Military. I have a few Jade m4 pm2's and Cf m4 para2's.

in the email BladeHQ sent out about the preorder on the Para2, they announced the Military in Jade. There was a thread made then, but don't think there has been an update
 
I'm not a fan of the Jade scale color(dyed mine black then put custom polished CF scales) but love the m4 blade. I have mine at 25° exclusive and it slices great.

The flood of these hitting the exchange...is this normal in terms of sheer volume? May have just been timing that I happened to be watching a lot around the release time, but man! There were 5 or 6 a day, and now at least 1/day still being put up for sale. Just curious if people aren't liking them, or it's just the nature of preordering and changing your mind later. I haven't noticed another model being moved in such numbers.

This post is about the yet to be released Military version. But in response to your question, spidiwiki states that 2300 Jade m4 para 2's were sold not the assumed 1100. Bhq(to my knowledge) has never stated it was a 1200 piece run. Maybe that's why there are so many for sale but they are still selling above original sale price.

Doh...thx Joe. Should have finished my coffee first! Yeah, if a normal exclusive run is 11-1200 pieces, maybe a higher qty run makes sense.
 
Sounds like there's been a lot out to lunch, judging the number of responses thinking this thread is about the para2 jade m4.

The PM2 is like magic- there is much more demand for it than other models and consequently there are a lot of profiteers that want to buy them low and sell high. But nobody knew that so many were being sold and now the secondary market has a lot of them available. Instead of selling for $100+ profit they are selling for $50 or less profit. Some of the ones for sale are as you guessed- people changed their minds or they decided they didn't like the color after they got it. Some of the buyers might have been caught up in the hype and after things settled they decided they didn't want to keep them. But this thread is about the Military not the PM2. The Military has demand but not as much as the PM2 probably due to its larger size. The 52100 model sold at a good rate but not eh immediate suction that the PM2 creates. So when the M4 military is available for sale you should probably try to buy one quickly if you want one. BHQ probably won't release the numbers on this one either, and they probably didn't order 2400 of them either. If they did order 2400 it would take a long time for them to sell out.
