Bianchi by Cooper knife with sheath

I inherited this knife after the passing of my father. He was a huge knife collector. This particular knife was his main pride and joy.
I was wondering if this is the real deal or not.
Also the sheath looks to have been signed by the leather maker himself John Bianchi. Have a look a these photos and tell me what you think.
