Bianchi Nighthawk #855

I've had this knife for a couple of decades, 1 of 1000, #0963 on blade, seen some mostly over the 1000 serial number, kind of confused. Any info appreciated.

This knife also has been in the family for a while, I know is a Ralph Bone, but I was told he stop making knives after 1973. The sheath is made by Johnson leather out of Casselberry, Florida. The knife is stamped with the bone and the emblem on one side and L 79-2 on the other.
