We've had a couple of the new USA-made Bi-folds at the shop I work at for a couple of weeks now...just curious as to why it's taking so long to put them up on the Spyderco site? I may have missed the info somewhere, but I just find it curious. It's a fascinating piece, though I can't stand the bead blasting.

--I think I just answered my own question. It's because it's being treated like it's an auto, isn't it?

As far as I'm concerned, if used in the way it's intended, it's literally a folding fixed blade. The blade is fixed, and the handle folds. :p

In matters of law, as in matters of love, common sense rarely enters into it. ;)

But, yes, that's the reason it's not shown on the website.
