About two weeks ago I wrote Joe asking for information concerning a set I have and after about 5 or 6 days I thought, oh well, he is probably got more important things to do, and I am not a member of the BCCI, so oh well.

Then, I get a very detailed email from Joe with more information than I had expected!!! And a few comments about my intended use(going to two year old Grandson) and best wishes. WOW.
I personally feel this was above and beyond and want to say

Thank you Joe.
 
Yes, Joe stays very busy yet he's not partial and will give information to anyone. After that perhaps you'll consider becoming a member. What 'set' were you inquiring about? DM
 
I'll second that big attaboy to Joe!! He's always very helpful....and goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right.
