Big Baaaaad Bowie in classic style sheath

Here I have been racking my brain trying to figure out a way to may a truly ambidextrous bowie sheath, and there it is. Too bad I wont knowingly copy an idea:( but it gives me something to think about. I love how simplistic yet elegant it looks.

Unky, that sheath as pictured is a right hand sheath, and it will always be a right hand sheath as constructed. It could only be converted (as constructed) by adding a stud to the back of the sheath and then turning the frog attachment around.....then it would be ambidextrous and would carry correctly right or left. You would also have a stud sticking out on the back side so a second slot and hole would have to be engineered into the frog so it would lay level on the back and front, and you would still have the stud sticking you on the back side either way. The alternative to that would be just to hang it as is on your left side and carry the knife for reverse grip and draw.

I was bout to say that it could be used strong side draw as is, or worn in a cross draw style on the other side. Would be better if it was angled though, for cross draw, right?

I should have noted in my original post that the frog could be removed completely and the sheath used as a sash sheath for cross draw at any angle you like.
