Big Barlows: Do they all have a quarter or half stop feature??

Ok I don't know what words to describe this but so far all the big barlows I have handled have not been able to simply just open with one continuous pull. Are they all this way or just some?

Not sure what Barlows you're refering to, the simple answer is no. Some have half stops and some don't, I know some 1960s and early 70s Imperial and Hammer brand knives came without half stops. I will also say that I have owned some current Taylor Eyewitness Barlows that also came without half stops.
