Made some small adjustments to a recent Bowie design I made and did a better job with the convexed edge too :) This one came out a little bigger as I had the available steel in the piece I picked up :D I used some black linen Micarta for the scales on this one. It is 17 1/4in overall with an 11 3/4in blade tip to handle. Weight is about 23oz. For it's size it really feels nice in the hand.

Wow; it looks like it would deliver a devastating backcut, yet be perfect for most (kitchen)food prep!
Great length, and not really overly heavy considering how big it is. Is this 5160 steel or something else?
