Hi all,

my name is Stefan Mast. I started knife making 2008, since the summer is very short - in Bavaria - and I got some time for playing with steel beside my work as Paragliding tandem pilot.

Here some pictures from my latest integral folder, Big Boy - reloaded.

Hello Stephan, folders aren't normally my thing, but there's something about that one which I really like.

Superb piece of work.

ok,
as you could see I named the folder "Big-Boy" because it´s big.

length: open 225mm, closed 130mm, blade 95mm.
Blade hight 31mm, 4 mm
weight: 242 gramm

The liners are build out of 6mm titan, at the front they are still 5,8mm the rest is 2.9mm.

There is more about the name "reloaded", it is the 2nd time I made this folder. Somebody run into the original shown in a report about me in the latest german "Knife Magazin" here a link to the editorial hope thats ok.

This one was the knife to be cloned

Hi all,

thanks for your coments. Last month I build a smaller folder as full integral version.

The liners are hammered and the blade is made out of stain less damascus steel.

Welcome Stefan... you do beautiful work!

I hope you will stay around and show us more.

Welcome to BF Stefan!

I'm amazed with how elegant you've made that beast of a design look.

Clever design on the liner lock too!

Very nice work, sir.

Welcome Stefan.
Your knives are beautiful. Very clean and well designed. They also look like they are made for heavy duty cutting. I like them all.

Hi all,

thanks for your warm welcome and your complements. I am happy you like my design.

@ DesRosier: your are right, my folders are made for heavy duty cutting. And all of them are in duty, glad non has to stay in a show case ;-)

@ Patrick M: I know what kind of "beast" your looking for, but beside the knife "ice-age" I did not work on an other integral fixed that size. But I will show that one here as well.

1st blade 2011 - fixed but small>>

I really like this knife, solid looking and clean with style. I have been working on some folders and like how solid and simple the inside of this knife. Welcome and thank you for sharing.
