Here's the S60V Blur that showed up at the doorstep this afternoon. An incredible addition to any Blur/Kershaw collection. Very happy to have snagged one of these, and thanks again for the heads up mmmotorcycle!!;)

Nice pics, nice knife, nice landscape. Did you have to beat anybody up to get that one ??? :D:D:D

Don't know if you remember the thread Dave, but one day about a week and a half ago, mmmotorcycle started a thread saying that NGK had one "in stock". As I recalled from other discussions, we all thought they had all been grabbed, but I decided "what the hell" and ordered it. Sure enough, this one, for some reason, was still waiting for a home. Nobody was beaten up, either:D......at least not until somebody comes after me to get it.

Thanks for the compliments Dave. Hate to go off topic, but what the hell, it is my thread after all:D I appreciate the landscape comment. I built a little retaining wall earlier this year and made a planter area behind it. I found these "red kimonos" at home depot and decided to give 'em a shot. threw in some Blue Lobelia and Sedum to round it out, and VOILA! The Kimonos have this incredible color to them and make a killer background for knife pics. They've filled in even more since I took these pics on the 4th of July. Thanks for noticing;)

Good catch on that knife. If I couldn't get it I'm glad it could go to a good home. That is nice yardwork too, BTW. Joe

Possible Man Card Revocation for knowing this stuff, and definitely questionable if you should even have the S60V Blur admitting you know this stuff!:p Wouldn't a Garden Weasel be more appropriate?

Gardening soothes my psychotic tendencies after working out in the world with the drunken, sweating, god-forsaken masses that we try to pass of as humans in modern society:cool: Now can I keep my man card???

Besides, working in the yard gives me more opportunities to use knives. And since when do you NOT know anything about plants and working in the yard, eh Tractor boy?????:D

Soothing psychotic tendencies? Xanax and likker works for me.

Tractor Boy says: Mow em all down and I don't give a rat's butt where they fall! Draggin an 8 foot wide set of gang mowers doesn't really give me the ability to be delicate around certain things. You should see me with the bush hog! :D (No one's touchin MY Man Card!)

And did I see that S60V blade stuck in the ground? MAN CARD REVOCATION! :D

Nah, he's just demonstrating from a true Man-Card-holder's perspective.

"Stick a new, rare, S60V-bladed collectible in the dirt? No problem. It's a tool." :D

DAMN!! I just got home from work, and Brad, SV, and KD, you guys are absolutely ruthless!!!!!:D

I think you all need to go over to W&C right now so that I can respond properly!!!;)

BTW, DV.....I put a nice soft piece of felt in the dirt first, then stuck the knife into the felt so's I wouldn't risk defacing the pristine stonewashed finish of the S60V steel!! And if you believe that, well....let's just say it's time to sell a bridge.

riffraff is right, I stick my blade wherever I want!!
