I made a knife once that taught me a valuable lesson about proportion, in that the ratio of thickness vs. depth of the handle in a working knife has to be carefully considered. I made a knife for my dad, and he wanted to use it, but it proved a tendency to roll in a bloody hand. Now it just sits on a shelf.

So, what do you mean by that?

I think that the handle is extremely important part for a knife.
I try to very attentively plan this, I hope not to have been wrong.
