I have one and I've used it enough to say it's a pretty good knife. First, it's stainless steel with everything that brings to the table. It has a convex grind and is fairly thin, 3/8's I believe. The handle is synthetic and hard to the touch. The profile is a radius along the lines of a Busse ergo handle, but less pronounced. This helps when chopping, but for kitchen chores it actually tends to get in the way (the handle hits the cutting board and keeps the edge from contacting the board along its full length). I believe the steel is AUS-8a and is heated treated well. It does hold an edge, but not as well as my Camp Tramp or Busse Basics. Of course it is fairly forgiving if you forget to wipe it off between meals, etc. The sheath is quite different, even strange. I like it for throwing the rig over my shoulder for walks in the woods, but some folks hate it. Overall, if you are looking for a well made production knife for light chopping and kitchen chores while camping this is not a bad knife for the money.
