BIG finish

Jerry has done it again. After a period of lurking the forum and abstaining from buying the new knives as they show up, along comes the BIG finish. My hang up has been that the coating, DCBB or satin finishes have been so nice that I hesitate to use the blades and mar that finish. The Busse Industrial Grade finish appears to be pre-broken-in, eliminating, for me, that concern. Heaven help me (all of us?) if I ever see a BIG Ruck or AK. Don't know what I'd be capable of doing to get one or three and may not want to find out the hard way. Bless/damn you Jerry for coming up with new things to keep us older, possibly slightly jaded, "Hogs" (piglet in my case) interested and cloven hoofing at the trough, waiting for the next "BIG" thing.
