Big jobs for a little knife

I use the scissors on the Classic several times every day. I use the other tools occasionally, but seldom use the blade. I always have other blades that I perceive as more efficient.
 
I helped out a while back with an office function where I had to help prepare a charcuterie board, yes I had to look up how you spell that. I was given a little white ceramic DULL knife to cut all the little cheese squares, slice a bunch of summer sausage and pepperoni, and cut a bunch of little ham and cheese cubes. The ceramic knife broke in the handle in the first summer sausage and that was the only knife. Out came the SAK for a good washing in the sink and it sliced up the rest of the pile. Not the most daunting task but it's about all I can think of that wasn't a small simple task for a small knife.
