Big "OL" knife

Got this about a month ago at an antique shop and misplaced it right away but found it today. Kitchen Knife? any Idea how old? Its about 15 inches long and it was probablly longer before looks a little sharpened to me. thanks - Joel

I know Robeson made a military cooks knife that is highly sought after

I bet that would get a lot of money on EBAY
Just mention the POSSIBILITY of it being used in WWII

I think the U.S. stamp seals the deal with regards to military issue?

I like the old skool bolsters too!....
 
Trent thanks for the info its a very cool knife. For $7 bucks I couldnt turn it down even if it wasnt worth a plug nickel.- Joel
 
The stamp (deep etch??) on my Pilot's Machete looks the same
